The trust receives £1 million each year from Heathrow Airport Limited under a 15 year deed of gift created in 2003. Under the terms of the gift, the trust, which is independent of Heathrow and Hillingdon council makes grants to benefit people living in the southern six wards of the Borough; Botwell, Pinkwell, Heathrow Villages, Townfield, West Drayton and Yiewsley.
