Project management and development will be the topic of the next practical training event delivered through the Hillingdon Community Trust/Groundwork Thames Valley Capacity building project.
It will take place on Monday 14th April 2008 (venue to be confirmed) between 10.00 and 13.00 hrs. The interactive training will look into ways to develop projects based on needs and gaps in services for beneficiaries. The workshop will provide tools, the opportunity to learn from practical experience and management techniques to ensure that the project brings maximum benefits.
