Hayes Campus Business Units
The topping out ceremony for Hayes Business Studios, at Uxbridge College’s Hayes Community Campus took place on 6th June 2008.
The studios will provide low-cost accommodation and support to people starting out in business. To mark the event the Mayor of Hillingdon, Councillor Brian Crowe, planted a tree in the grounds of the studios off Coldharbour Lane, Hayes. Hillingdon Community Trust is one of the five development partners in the project, which also include London Development Agency, Heathrow City Partnership, Hillingdon Council and Hillingdon Community Trust.
The 10 studios, between 15m² to 17m², will have subsidised rent for young people starting new businesses and will also include support and advice to help businesses grow, meeting/training room facilities, flexible lease terms and office cleaning services, on-site caretaking and security
